MIT Sloan: Executive Education

For each participant who completes an EMERITUS Diploma program, a maximum of 2 days credit will be awarded towards the MIT Sloan Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE).

25 ACE program days are required to earn the MIT Sloan: Advanced Certificate for Executives. Students can enroll in further programs at MIT Sloan Executive Education, to earn the remaining ACE program days they need to satisfy the 25 day requirement.

On completion of 25 days, students will receive the following MIT Sloan alumni benefits:
a. An MIT Sloan email-forwarding-for-life (EFL) address
b. A 20% discount on additional Executive Education programs
c. Invitations to select MIT Sloan events
d. Participation in the MIT Sloan network
e. Inclusion in the MIT Sloan alumni directory

Columbia Business School: Executive Education

For every Columbia Business School course you complete as part of a Diploma program at EMERITUS, you earn 2 CIBE (Certificate of Business Excellence) program days. A maximum of 6 such CIBE program days can be accumulated through EMERITUS programs.

18 CIBE program days are required to earn the CIBE certificate. Students can enroll in further programs at Columbia Business School Executive Education, to earn the remaining CIBE program days they need to satisfy the 18 day requirement.

On completion of 18 days, students will receive the following Columbia Business School alumni benefits:
a. A 25 percent tuition benefit for you and up to four colleagues each year for programs lasting up to seven days
b. Invitations to alumni events and programs around the world
c. Global networking opportunities
d. Lifetime Columbia Business School e-mail address
e. Access to Columbia Business School Alumni Career Services resources

As an alumnus, you are included in the Alumni Directory which consists of graduates of all diploma programs of EMERITUS. Connect with alumni and current students through the Alumni Directory. There are various ways to search for alumni, including by program,year, geographical region or profession.

You could connect with other alumni for several reasons, including:

  2. To connect with like-minded entrepreneurs to get advice for your start up, or an introduction to an investor

As the EMERITUS alumni footprint increases across the world a variety of events will be conducted in different geographies, providing a perfect opportunity to bring alumni together and help them network..

While local alumni events will be conducted around the world from 2017 onwards, there will also be annual alumni events conducted in Singapore, India, Dubai and New York.
