The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management program was developed by MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School Executive Education in collaboration with Emeritus to provide this blend of knowledge and skills through the combination of three highly successful business courses—Digital Strategies for Business, Financial Acumen, and Leading Organizations and Change.
The six-month program can help managers innovate new strategies and business models to thrive in the digital age; develop their financial acumen to make astute financial decisions and deliver value to their stakeholders; and gain greater insight into the leadership skills, political resources, and culture required to implement organizational changes
The program is designed for mid to upper-level executives in a functional, government, or unit position who seek to further their development and broaden their role. The content, lessons and cases featured throughout are applicable to professionals across disciplines and industries
This six-month diploma features 12 live webinars as well as video lectures and discussions, and a high level of support to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience. We expect participants to dedicate 4–6 hours per week over the program.
