Testimonials From Past Participants

“For me, the best part of the Kellogg AI Strategies for Business Transformation program was the combination of the AI Canvas 2.0 and the AI Capability Maturity Model (CMM). The AI Canvas 2.0 provided a clear and practical structure to move from identifying problems to designing scalable AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business strategy and measurable impact. The AI CMM complemented this by offering a maturity lens to assess where an organization currently stands in its AI journey and what capabilities it must build to progress. Together, these frameworks not only clarified the what and how of AI adoption but also gave me confidence in charting a realistic, phased roadmap for sustainable transformation.” ...
Rajasekharan Sankaralingam
Senior Vice President, IT Services, Movate Technologies
“The best part of this program was how it combined forward-looking insights with practical, real-world implications. I really valued the balance between highlighting opportunities, including productivity gains, new hybrid roles and AI-powered collaboration, and acknowledging the challenges, includingsuch as equity, responsible deployment and continuous upskilling. This approach made the content not just informative but also actionable. It gave me clarity on what the future of work with AI might look like and how I, as a professional, can prepare for it. The emphasis on human–AI collaboration stood out the most because it shifted the narrative away from fear of replacement to one of empowerment and growth.”...
Shashi Kumar Singh
AWS Enterprise Architect
“The best part of this program was how it blended big-picture insights with practical tools. Frameworks, including the CxDNA, AI Canvas and Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly, made complex ideas simple to apply, and the capstone project really brought everything together in a realistic way. It helped me see not just what AI can do, but how to use it responsibly to create real business value.”...
Anjani Bharadwaj
Senior Vice President
“The standout element for me was Module 3 and the Enerwind case study and the analysis it required. Here's why and this connects directly to the insight I was taught: match the analytical lens to the business objective. Predictive analysis requires finding precursors, not cataloging outcomes. That case study forced a mode of thinking that most AI business content avoids. WeYou weren't asked to identify AI opportunities in the abstract — weyou had to work backward from a business problem (turbine failure) through hypothesis generation, data variable assessment and model selection. The three-part structure (conceptual hypothesis → data exploration → variable assessment) taught something most executive AI programs don't: the intellectual discipline of knowing what you can and cannot predict and why the power curve analysis — identifying that generator failures showed predictive signals (generator temperature variance) while rotor failures did not (temperatures elevated only at failure moment) — is precisely the kind of analytical precision that separates useful AI strategy from vaporware. What made the rest of the program valuable: its interconnected framework architecture. The AI Canvas 2.0, AI Radar 2.0, AI Capability Maturity Model and vertical blueprint aren’t just a collection of tools; they are a coherent system for moving from use case identification to organizational readiness assessment. The Prairie Community Bank capstone required me to use all of them together, which allowed me to test whether they actually integrate or not.”...
Mark Fairhurst
Chief Growth Marketing Officer
“ The best part of the program was how practical and structured it was. The frameworks, especially AI Canvas 2.0, AI Radar 2.0, Jobs-to-Be-Done and the AI Capability Maturity Model, helped me move beyond high-level AI concepts into a clear method for identifying business problems, prioritizing opportunities and building a defensible AI strategy with governance and change management built in. The case studies and hands-on assignments made the learning immediately applicable to real organizational decision making.”...
