Ryan Kauth is a business coach/consultant with financial institution and higher ed leadership. He founded the current award-winning entrepreneurship program at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay as well as several community efforts and entrepreneurial endeavors (startups, etc.). He excels as a leadership coach and fractional Chief of Staff for family businesses, family offices, and start-ups for growth strategy, marketing strategy, financing strategy, business development, sales, turnarounds, and building relationships and networks. He has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and undergraduate science BS from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, a DBA (ABD) from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, and is finishing a doctorate in Management at Indiana Wesleyan University (2025 expected). He is based in Wisconsin, USA.
