With previous experience as an assistant professor at the University of Arizona, his research has been published in esteemed journals like the Journal of Marketing Research. He has consulted and collaborated with companies across various industries, such as retail, insurance, and healthcare. Prof. Viswanathan holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and completed his undergraduate studies at BITS, Pilani.

Dr. Pearlson has excelled in academia and industry, holding notable roles at Babson College, The University of Texas at Austin, Gartner’s Research Board, CSC, and AT&T. She is the visionary behind KP Partners and the IT Leaders’ Forum. Also, she serves as the founding director of the Analytics Leadership Consortium. Dr. Pearlson’s research spans MIS, business strategy, and organizational design, focusing on nurturing cybersecurity culture and building trust for sharing cyber breach mitigations. Acclaimed as the “2014 National SIM Leader of the Year,” she serves as the founding president of the Austin Society for Information Management.

Professor Sawhney is a globally recognized scholar, teacher, consultant, and speaker in business innovation, modern marketing, and enterprise analytics. He has written seven management books, as well as dozens of influential articles in leading academic journals and managerial publications. His most recent book, The Sentient Enterprise: The Evolution of Business Decision Making, was published in October 2017 and was on The Wall Street Journal bestseller list.

Over 28 years of teaching, training, and research experience, she specialises in teaching Organisational Structure & Design and Team Building.

Dr. M.K. Nandakumar, a professor at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), is recognized for his management expertise. He has held positions at esteemed universities in the United Kingdom, including the University of Salford, Middlesex University, and the University of East London. His research papers have been published in prestigious journals, and he serves on the editorial board of the Journal of International Management and Management Decision. Dr. Nandakumar has conducted executive development programs for leading organizations and has supervised numerous Ph.D. students. He has also held significant administrative roles at IIMK and has led successful accreditation projects.
