Unlocking Uncommon Leadership
Insights From 'Coaching' by Ruchira Chaudhary
Hi, I am Ruchira Chaudhary. I am a leadership coach.
I teach a several business schools, and I'm the author of Coaching the Secret Code to Uncommon Leadership.
I am absolutely delighted to share some insights from my book today.
Coaching the Secret Code to Uncommon Leadership is not a book that gives you the code to becoming a leader.
There are several fantastic books in the market for that.
My book gives you the code to become an uncommon leader or should I say an extraordinary leader.
It helps you make the journey from being a good leader to a fantastic one or help you make the journey from being a good leader to an uncommon one.
Uncommon leaders are those that maximize their success by helping others successful.
They understand that it's not just about growing the empires or making billions in revenues.
It's also about the journey.
They take others along in the journey, and they help others to become a better version of themselves.
In the book, I talk about how coaching is the key or that code that unlocks uncommon leadership.
I start by building a compelling case of why you - the leader - should coach.
And then we move from why to the how.
Examples, ideas, tips and tricks, how the best in the business have done it right.
Who should read this book?
I think this book is for everybody.
