LONDON, 16 May 2024: Imperial College Business School Executive Education announces the launch of its new six-month Management Development Programme. The comprehensive programme offers a holistic approach to leadership development, equipping participants with the strategic skills and insights needed to become well-rounded, forward-thinking managers. Launched in collaboration with Emeritus, a global leader in making high-quality education accessible and affordable, enrolment is now open for a June 2024 start.
Less than half of all UK managers strongly agree they have the necessary skills to perform at an exceptional level, according to a recent survey by McKinsey, emphasising the importance of leadership training and development in today’s workplace.
To help tackle the lack of professional development opportunities in industry, the Management Development Programme will cover themes such as people leadership, analytics for managers, marketing management, accounting and finance for managers, strategic management and problem-solving, providing a broad, effective management education.
There will also be a focus on helping managers navigate modern and emerging challenges faced by their sectors.
