The Women’s Health and Wellness Program from Harvard Medical School Executive Education is a six-week online program that offers a rigorous, evidence-based exploration of women’s health. Designed to bridge clinical science with everyday wellness, the learning journey examines the biological, hormonal, and systemic factors that shape long-term health and well-being.
Despite decades of research, women’s health is often reduced to fragmented narratives and trends that obscure clinical nuance and scientific rigor—leaving individuals to navigate complex health decisions without credible guidance. Led by an all-women team of Harvard Medical School faculty and renowned physicians, this program explores the interconnected science of hormonal, cardiovascular, brain, and emotional health through self-paced modules, live sessions, and a capstone project. Through practical, evidence-based strategies grounded in clinical expertise, participants gain the tools to critically evaluate health claims, strengthen long-term wellness, and advance women’s health for themselves, their clients, and their communities.
