Canada’s healthcare system is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by AI-enabled diagnostics, virtual care and growing policy momentum around digital health. However, many organizations continue to struggle to convert innovation into sustainable system-wide impact.
The AI in Healthcare program, designed by the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, is a rigorous 6-week virtual learning experience that addresses these challenges. It prepares healthcare leaders to use AI effectively and responsibly by evaluating where it can meaningfully enhance clinical and operational performance, recognizing its risks and limitations and applying a strategic framework to scale adoption while balancing safety, ethics and organizational realities.
