Dr. Michael S. Stevens is Assistant Professor and Director of the Supply Chain Management program at Immaculata University, where he is building a unique Bachelor of Science degree focused on digital supply chain transformation. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University and Rize Education.

A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience across global corporations, private equity, government, and academia, Dr. Stevens is the founder of Supply Chain Victories, LLC, supporting the United States Department of Energy as a federal contractor through Graphite GTC’s enterprise no-code software firm.

He has held senior leadership roles at General Electric, CertainTeed SAINT-GOBAIN, and multiple consulting firms, delivering over $50M in strategic sourcing and operational savings. Dr. Stevens also serves as Program Leader, Success Coach, and Subject Matter Expert for MIT xPRO’s Supply Chain Management program, Wharton’s Global Supply Chain Management Program, and programs from INSEAD and NYU, helping to develop the next generation of global supply chain and technology leaders. His research focuses on the digital transformation challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.

Dr. Stevens holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Supply Chain & Logistics) from Liberty University, an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with High Honors from Georgia Tech. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and SAFe Scrum Master.

Outside the classroom and business, he is a competitive cyclist, triathlete, and youth triathlon coach.
