In Conversation With Ravi Tenkayala, Wharton CSO Program Participant
Q: What drew you to the Wharton CSO Program?
Ravi Tenkayala: I have always wanted to be part of strategic leadership training that would complement my business growth strategy skills from business school. But then again, as we all know, we do not have time for business school once we start working. This helped me see how I can complement my experience of close to 30 years, and how I could not make time for two years. This is the perfect blend, and I could actually fit it in.

It shifted my perspective and prompted me to think more strategically.
Q: How important was the Wharton brand when selecting the Wharton CSO Program?
Ravi Tenkayala: I was absolutely looking for a business school that would complement my skills and allow me to learn from a global cohort. The program also had to work well with my day job, and I needed to be able to work through the weekends.
When I looked at the top eight to 10 business schools in the United States, the decision became very easy. Wharton was at the top, and given the flexibility of the schedules—you could replay videos if you couldn’t attend—that helped me decide to select the Wharton CSO Program.
