In the first phase of the program, COO as a Strategic Partner, you'll explore the alignment between operations and strategy, strive to achieve operational excellence, evaluate operational growth strategies, Discover what it means to be a strategic leader, and how to lead a digital strategy transformation.
In the second phase, Business Acumen, you'll delve into the concepts of customer centricity, recognising strategic drivers of financial performance, value creation and capture, and learn how to use analytics, agility, ecosystems, and sustainability to create more value for your organization. This module includes a wide range of topics and we'll ask you to consider concepts as far reaching as machine learning, evaluating customer experience, and calculating and interpreting financial metrics.
In the 3rd phase, you'll develop your leadership skills, including decision making, negotiations, and leading change. This module includes sessions on making better decisions, effective negotiations, and leading successful change.
Finally, at the end of the program, we you will have a dedicated week to complete your capstone assignment. This cumulative assignment asks you to bring all the learning from the program together, and it's a wonderful way to cap your experience.
