This program is designed to guide you through the essential elements of well-being and help you cultivate a happier, more fulfilling life. We will begin by taking a broad view of your life. You may have wondered where you are right now, what important things are changing, and what comes next. You will learn from adult development research how your current stage of life shapes your perspectives and priorities. We rarely pause to reflect on where we are and where we've been, and this module encourages you to step back and gain perspective on your life journey.

In Module two, you will explore your values and life purpose and learn how to intentionally align your daily activities with your most cherished values. You will identify and clarify what matters most to you and how those values can guide both big and small decisions.

In Module three, you will reflect on who is most important in your life and how to care for those relationships. You will learn about the power of life-affirming relationships and how they contribute to overall well-being. You will develop strategies to nurture these connections. Strong relationships help us navigate life’s challenges and transitions and act as a powerful support system.

Life is unpredictable, and uncertainty is inevitable. In Module four, you will reflect on how major life transitions can significantly change your path and learn strategies to prepare for future uncertainties.

In Module five, you will explore what developmental science teaches us about managing life’s inevitable challenges. As Jon Kabat-Zinn said, “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn how to surf.” This module explores what it means to navigate difficulties skillfully and what science tells us about coping with hard moments.

In the final module, you will focus on putting learning into action. We will recap key insights from the program and explore how to implement happiness practices in daily life by developing a personalized well-being compass.

Throughout the program, you will engage in self-reflection, practical exercises, and evidence-based strategies to enhance well-being. By the end, you will have a comprehensive toolkit for cultivating happiness, navigating life’s ups and downs, and promoting long-term health and fulfillment. This journey is designed to support a more intentional, balanced, and joyful life.
