Welcome to the Emerging CXO Programme, designed for those who aspire to the C-suite. A useful reminder from executive coach Marshall Goldsmith is, “What got you here won’t get you there.” You may be a successful individual contributor, leading teams, departments, or even countries, but enterprise-wide leadership requires new skills, approaches, and mindsets.

This programme helps you build those capabilities across five areas: technical skills; soft skills including leadership and influence; business management and strategic acumen; the ability to navigate complexity; and building meaningful connections.
