This program provides a holistic view of digital transformation in supply chain by focusing on the creation of 3 digital capabilities, end to end visibility, analytics and artificial intelligence to reinvent the supply chains. It also provides a framework for understanding digital supply chain management strategy and helps the participants integrate strategy, technology, operations, and their ecosystem. We will cover a variety of topics that you need to know to help organizations effectively adopt a vision for properly digitizing every component of the supply chain.
