We begin with the first pillar of our program, Architecting strategy. This section is about developing the ability to create and adapt strategic plans in uncertain and changing environments. Here we will also design compelling value propositions, considering stakeholder needs and promoting sustainability. The first segment under this pillar, Strategy for Turbulent Times, is one I'm personally guiding you through. In this segment, we will dive into 4 modules, Strategy and Turbulent Times, Navigating the strategy Maze, stakeholders and sustainability, and principles of agile strategy Execution.
Our second segment is Integrating Performance and Progress by my colleague, Professor Subi Rangan. We'll delve into progress and economic actors and integrating performance and progress as we move to our second pillar, driving growth and innovation. We aim to identify growth opportunities and develop a comprehensive corporate strategy. In this pillar, we will focus on innovative and collaborative approaches for strategic positioning and long term success in dynamic and evolving markets. Under this pillar, Professor Lance Capon will guide us through corporate strategy, exploring corporate strategy and growth, making build, borrow or buy decisions and retrenching and divesting businesses. Then Professor Andrew Shippeloff will take us through the segment on Blue ocean and ecosystem strategy, comprising modules on blue ocean strategy, partnering strategy and ecosystem strategy.
Finally, the 3rd pillar, aligning priorities and putting strategy into action. Here, we will establish strategic priorities with stakeholders, fostering organizational alignment. This pillar will also help you demonstrate mental resilience and mindfulness skills to make effective decisions and lead strategy execution. The first segment of this pillar, Negotiating Strategic Priorities, will be taught by Professor Narayan Pant. The modules here include a green strategic priorities, the mental challenge, and building mindful practice. Closing the program will be Professor Daniel Simonovich who will present strategy in action. Here we will tackle strategic analysis, asking the right questions, effective strategic decision making, crafting and evaluating options, and achieving alignment, the key to successful strategy execution.
