About the IIM Kozhikode Chief Technology and AI Officer (CTAIO) Programme
The IIM Kozhikode Chief Technology and AI Officer (CTAIO) Programme is designed for experienced technology professionals seeking to strengthen strategic technology leadership. The 12-month programme combines live online sessions by IIM Kozhikode faculty, a three-day campus immersion, faculty-guided capstone projects, business simulations, CXO masterclasses, and two online certificate courses from Kellogg Executive Education. Participants also become eligible for IIM Kozhikode Executive Alumni Status upon successful completion of the programme.
Participants develop capabilities to align technology and leadership skills with business strategy and problem-solving, lead digital transformation initiatives, strengthen governance and resilience, evaluate emerging technologies, and enhance executive leadership.
