4. Output 

Information systems use a suitable format to analyze stored data. This is called data output. And organizations use tools to show data output in reports, dashboards, or using data visualization tools.

5. Feedback 

The final step involves an information system workflow gathering user feedback to understand their experience and assess the system’s efficiency.
